Welcome to Fit For Anything. We provide a very wide range of Personal Training (PT) & Exercise Physiology based in and around Chorleywood, Croxley Green, Pinner, Northwood, Elstree and North West London. As an Exercise Physiologist we specialise in exercise interventions for people with a broad range of health issues. We create protocols for people who are at risk and/or had surgery, respiratory issues, strokes, heart attacks, medical conditions, injuries and so on, as a PT we train people of all ages and abilities.
We are passionate about helping you to achieve your goals by delivering quality, effective and affordable training sessions suitable to your ability, needs and wants.

Look after your body, be consistent and determent with that and together we can improve body and mind to make your total body stronger, faster, leaner, more balanced and co-ordinated, more flexible with good motor control.
Improve to maintain quality of movement over time, build speed fast with precise movement, gain strength and suppleness whilst your body goes through full range of motion. Incorporate the above to maximise total health and fitness and to minimise your niggles and your risk to injury. Fit For Anything detects your body’s imbalances swiftly and restores these, we can assess and manage your condition with exercise assist you after injury or operation in the best possible way which has often better value for money whilst producing similar quality than when seeing a physiotherapist once diagnosed.
Sessions available in Fit For Anything's private studio or a local gym, in the privacy of your own home, at an outdoor bootcamp centre, in a park or office at a time convenient to you.

Fit for Anything is fronted by Roel Jansen, who is passionate about PT and exercise physiology, very driven to improve total well-being, promote longevity and to get the best performance from his clients in order to achieve results and goals. Be the best YOU can be. Achieving your goal(s) provides his job satisfaction.
Your body should not have any restrictions, learn how to improve, create a better functioning body. With a background in the Royal Dutch Commando's, Roel is an ACSM certified personal trainer and exercise physiologist since 2007 who has a track record in improving people's physical and mental well-being, he also has a reputation in “fixing” people’s injuries and improving medical conditions. Roel is an “all-rounder” who also understands your path in life and he delivers a variety of services with unlimited guidance and support to suit YOUR individual needs.
Roel enjoys all sports and loves his endurance sports, played football and futsal (£) at a high level, who is always in search for new and adventures challenges. He has taken up Obstacle Course Racing (O.C.R.) since 2016, qualified from 2017 - 2022 for and participated successfully in the O.C.R. European and O.C.R. World Championships within his age category in 2017 to 2019. His best result is 15th place during the 15K event at The World Championships in 2019. Both Championships were cancelled in 2020 and 2021. He participated in European Championships in 2022. He has a particular passion for training his clients to complete and to compete in total body outdoor challenges and obstacle course events such as Spartan Races, The Nuts Challenge, Nuclear Races and so on, he is a British Obstacle Sports Coach too - see https://britishobstacle.org/coaches/roel-jansen/ for details.
